Disclaimer: The photos posted on this particular blog post are not recent- Hala Paella might have updated their menu, pricing, and set-up, but these photos were taken during my month-long birthday celebration and it's quite memorable and special to me, so, I am giving a special space in this humble blog just for this post.
Where To Eat In Cebu: Hala Paella
Hala Paella, Cebu
As what was mentioned on my disclaimer above, I took these "pics" during my birthday, yes, it was a month-long celebration and let me just explain myself why it was like that before you think, I am bragging here or something: My birthday celebration is always extended (and I've been doing it since college), because I have different group of friends and organizations/groups which I am a member of until now. I also have dear friends for almost 20 years and one of them celebrates her birthday a few days after mine and another friend whose birthday is a few days after hers. So, we celebrate it together apart from mine. I also have the same birthday with my older sister which we celebrate together along with my family and loved ones.

So much for my explanation, I've seen a lot of posts especially from my blogger friends about this go-to food haven in the Queen City of the South- Spanish-style this time: Hala Paella and yes, looking at their good food photos, it got me a little curious and yeah, hungry, too. And, since birthday is coming near, I decided to plot a date with a couple of my friends from yoga to go there for dinner.

Hala Paella in Banilad Town Centre is located at the upper ground level which you can visibly notice when you enter the area, because it's just near the vehicle parking and beside Dimsum Break. They also have a branch at the G/F level of Robinsons Cybergate, Capitol Site, Cebu City. They seem to have a very good location which you can accessibly visit whenever you are craving for Pealla at the moment.

My personal take on Hala Paella:
Though, I'm a typical Pinoy, and I admitedly enjoy Filipino food so much, this is not my first time to try out Paella.
As a curious little boy over international cuisine and a Foodie (feeler lang), I fancy food from other countries, too- another reason why I have considered hala Paella to be on my list of restaurants to try on. And though, "honest-to-goodness," I cannot say that Hala Paella has the best Paella in the WORLD, but sure thing, they've got authentic Paella and a tasty one for a price that gives a lot good value for money.
If you have already tried out Hala Paella, share your experience on the comment section below, ciao!
